​What you get in a lesson

 The lesson is about you developing your connection to your inborn patterns, your resource for easeful healthy living and quality of being. 30-60 minutes will give you a pathway out of patterns that lead to pain and  fatigue and into easeful movement.
An email will be sent reminding you of what that pathway consists of.
​The lessons take place at my studio at 2940 Summer st Eureka or with an extra fee I can come to you.
