This class teaches basic principles of modern and contemporary dance.
It is a low-impact class designed for beginners, but all levels of experience are welcome.
No dance-wear required. Wear comfortable workout clothes that you can bend in all directions in.
Bring water. Wear socks and be prepared to go barefoot.
All movements are modifiable for all body vocabularies. The building is wheelchair accessible.
