​An intro to the Alexander Technique

In this introduction to the Alexander Technique, you will get a glimpse into F.M. Alexander’s extraordinary work, and find ways to improve on the skill of everyday living. Bring a hobby or a pastime to class and see how the exercise of ease, skill, and poise can improve performance. Practice doesn’t make perfect — it makes permanent. This is an OLLI class. Register through Cal Poly Humboldt by 12 pm, July 3.

Reset Rehab Lab is a practical system for interrupting harmful movement habits and retraining the body toward efficient, pain-free function. It is an exploration of various ways and means of finding release and revelation through movement practices and mindful reflection. This is the conclusion of a seven week exploration of the body mask and satire. At the Labor Temple in Eureka.
